BSB: Hawk Racing Switch to Honda for Their 2023 Bennetts British Superbike Season.
By Dawn Hammersley
Hawk Racing Make the Switch to Honda with Two New Sponsors for the 2023 Season.
Hawk Racing will make the move to Honda power for the 2023 Bennetts British Superbike Championship with Charlie Nesbitt and Josh Owens lining up with two unique liveries on the CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP, the MasterMac by Hawk Racing Honda and the Crendon by Hawk Racing Honda respectively.
Hawk Racing welcome two new title sponsors to the team for the 2023 season. On Nesbitt’s side of the team, MasterMac Surfacing Ltd, a specialist surfacing contractor who cover a wide range of commercial and residential projects across London, South East and surrounding areas. Whilst on Owens’ side of the garage for the 2023 campaign will be Crendon Timber Engineering, a specialist in the design and manufacturer of engineered timber products.
Steve Hicken – Team Manager
Firstly I would like to thank MasterMac and Crendon for supporting us to compete in Bennetts BSB for what will be our 25th year in racing.
It’s a tough financial climate for just about everyone at the moment so we’re particularly delighted and grateful that they’ve both joined the Hawk Racing family as our title sponsors, represented by two new liveries.
We know it’s going to be a highly competitive series once again, but the fact a Honda finished second overall last season highlights the bike’s potential.
With two very talented young riders in Charlie and Josh on board, together with our knowhow and experience behind the scenes, we think it’ll be a competitive package.
