Ryan Vickers has been in a league of his own at Brands Hatch, winning all-three races with ease

For the final racing installment for the Bennetts British Superbike championship Ryan Vickers was on pole position, Kyle Ryde was in second place, with Andrew Irwin in third place on the grid. Glenn Irwin, Danny Buchan and Danny Kent were all declared fit to race after their Sprint Race crashes earlier on.

OMG Racing’s Vickers once again got the holeshot into Paddock Hill Bend, Ryan was followed by Andy Irwin, Haslam was in third.

Kyle passed Haslam for third place, Christian Iddon was carving through the pack to get into fifth place. Glenn Irwin was in 16th place after having to start the race from the back row of the grid.

After three laps Ryan was stretching out his lead at the front. Kyle was now in second place trying to bridge the 1.1 second gap to his team-mate.

PBM’s Glenn Irwin was just outside the top ten in 12th place, with Max Cook next on Glenn’s list to pass. Lee Jackson and Haslam were battling for sixth place.

At the half point of the race Vickers extended his lead to over 1.9 seconds and was the fastest man on track. Iddon was now in third place, with Ryde in second place. Bridewell was on the back wheel of Andy Irwin battling for fourth place.

Haslam looked to be struggling in the latter stages of the race, he was running in tenth place. Tommy won the battle for fourth place and was hunting down Iddon to snatch a podium place finish. Glenn was now in seventh place, a hero ride from the injured Ducati man!

Iddon passed Kyle at Hawthornes for second place, Ryde was now in the clutches of Bridewell. Kyle got some momentum and was on the heels of Iddon to retake the second place, Bridewell wasn’t giving up on the battle for the podium either.

Vickers crossed the line to take his third victory of the round, Iddon held onto second place, Kyle was third, Tommy finished in fourth place with team-mate Andy Irwin finishing in fifth. Glenn crossed the line in seventh.

As we look forward to round seven of the championship at Thruxton Tommy Bridewell leads the standings on 217 points, Glenn is now on 198 points in second place.
