Australian Rider Lachlan Epis Joins The Bennetts British superbike Series for His First Full Season After Signing a New Deal with NP Motorcycles Lextek BMW.
Australian rider Lachlan Epis made his debut in the final round of the British Superbike 2020 season at Brands Hatch with the NP motorcycles Lextek BMW team. The 21-year-old started his racing career in dirt track racing, as many Australian riders do. In 2015 he competed in the Superstock 600 European Championship, he then went on to make the jump up to World Supersport in 2016. Epis can’t wait to get his season going and aims to fight for midfield positions and to keep moving forward.

After standing in for the team at the final round of the championship at Brands Hatch this year, I’m excited to be joining the NP Motorcycles Lextek BMW for a full season in 2021. The goal will be to get comfortable on the bike and in the championship and start working away to the fight for midfield positions.
Team owner Neil Pearson is glad to have Lachlan back in the team for their 2021 season. The Australian rider and team are eager to pick up from he left off at brands hatch. The BMW team will have more team news soon as they plan to run a two-rider team for the 2021 season.

We are excited to see where he can come in this very competitive championship with more experience in the series next year. His appearance in the final races of the season this year opened his eyes to how hard this championship is, but he is relishing the challenge.
