Jack Kennedy And Mar-Train Racing Enjoyed A Successful Testing Day At Oulton Park In Preparation For Round Two At The Cheshire Circuit.
The second round of the Bennetts British Superbike Championship gets underway this weekend at Oulton Park and Mar-Train Racing’s Jack Kennedy is raring to go.
Following a successful season opener at Silverstone earlier this month where Jack did the double and took the win in both Quattro Supersport races, the reigning Supersport champion is feeling quietly confident ahead of the weekend.
Practice for Round two will take place on Saturday with qualifying and Race one on Sunday. Race two will take place on Bank Holiday Monday where the Dubliner will be battling to stay top of the Championship leader board.

I am really excited for Oulton Park this weekend. It is going to be full of fans as it’s a bank holiday weekend, it will be great to see a big crowd there and I look forward to putting on a good show in front of them.
Training and preparation has been going really well for me since the testing which went well for us and we ended up quickest. You could say I’m going into the weekend confident.
I know the team will give me the bike I need for the job so I’m really looking forward to getting going and hopefully we get a bit of good weather to go with it. I am ready to rock.
Tim Martin – Mar-Train Team Owner
This weekend is round two at Oulton park which is one of Jack’s, and mine, favourite tracks. We were there last Thursday for the Official BSB test and had a good base.
Unfortunately, the weather is looking a bit changeable over the weekend so we may have a little more work to do. But we are feeling confident. Hopefully we can put on a good show for the supporters and the team sponsors and see where we end up on Monday afternoon.
Round two for the Quattro Group British Supersport is on Saturday 30th April to Monday 2nd May.
