SSP: Jack Nixon and Tom Toparis Join Macadam Racing for the 2023 Quattro Plant Hire Supersport Season.

Macadam Racing Sign Former Superstock Rider Jack Nixon and Previous Australian Supersport Champion Tom Toparis for their 2023 Season Campaign.
Newly named British Supersport team Macadam Racing have two all-new riders for their first season in the British Supersport championship. The team was formally known as Appleyard Macadam Racing, the team has all the same crew but with a new team owner David Wadsworth.
Jack Nixon makes the move to the Supersport class from the Pirelli National Superstock championship. 21-year-old Nixon has been racing in the British Superbike paddock since 2016. The Folkestone rider was crowned the Pirelli National Junior Superstock Champion back in 2021, winning the title at the season finale at Brands Hatch.
Australian rider 22-year-old Tom Toparis will be competing in what will be his first full season in the British Supersport championship. Tom has previously had three wildcard rides in the class; having a best place finish of second back in 2019 at Assen. The Goulburn rider dominated the 2019 Australian Supersport championship, winning the championship with a record 401 out of a possible 407 points.
