After completing the treble at Misano and Donington Park Toprak Razgatlioglu is on the hunt for his first treble in a row as he wins the opening race of the weekend at Most.

After a shockingly fast Superpole session Toprak Razgatlioglu started from pole position after breaking the lap record on his first flying lap. The GoEleven Ducati of Andrea Iannone started from second place after following Razgatlioglu and the Kawasaki of Alex Lowes rounded out the front row of the grid.

Razgatlioglu was dominant once again. The Turkish rider led from the moment the lights went out until the chequered flag was waved. This extends Razgatlioglu’s winning streak from seven in a row to eight.

Behind the BMW was the Ducati trio of Danilo Petrucci, Iannone and Alvaro Bautista. Petrucci picked up his second podium of the season, Iannone returned to the podium after a rough Donington Park weekend and Bautista just missed out on a podium after starting from 10th on the grid.

Remy Gardner rounded out the top five as he took his GRT Yamaha to a fifth place finish. Nicolo Bulega finished in sixth place after seemingly burning his tyres out early on. Andrea Locatelli finished in seventh place, behind his compatriot.

Garrett Gerloff returned to the top ten as he claimed an eighth place finish ahead of Michael van der Mark in ninth. Then Jonathan Rea rounded out the top ten in tenth.

Fellow British riders Sam Lowes and Scott Redding both scored points as they finished in 12th and 15th place. However, neither Bradley Ray or Alex Lowes scored points as Ray finished 19th and Lowes crashed out after chasing Bulega.
