By Jack Hammersley
American team TrackHouse Racing start their second season in the MotoGP World Championship showing their 2025 livery.
TrackHouse Racing took over from the RNF outfit in 2024 and showed some promising signs throughout the year, Raul Fernandez lead the Sprint in Barcelona, both Fernandez and Miguel Oliveira qualified on the front row at the Sachsenring with Oliveira scoring a podium in the Tissot Sprint.
Raul Fernandez stays with the team for 2025 and it will be his third successive season onboard a satellite RS-GP Aprilia. Alongside Fernandez will be one of the three rookies for this season, the 2024 Moto 2 World Champion Ai Ogura.
After a tough 2023 plagued with injuries, Ogura bounced back in 2024 after moving to the MT Helmet MSI Boscoscuro team and became Japan’s first Grand Prix world champion since Hiroshi Aoyama in 2009, taking three victories and a further five podiums.
The Japanese rider has been a highly prospected talent since his debut in the world championship in 2019 and he’ll be keen to impress. He will also have the home fans cheering him on to become the rookie of the year and will be the only Japanese rider on the grid after Takaaki Nakagami’s retirement.
