Jack Kennedy Does The Double At Brands Hatch To Extend His Championship Lead.
Mar-Train Racing have continued their Supersport domination as Jack Kennedy stormed to victory at this weekend’s round five of the British Supersport Championship at Brands Hatch.
During Saturday’s Supersport sprint race, Kennedy hit the front as soon as the lights changed and powered right through the 12 laps to take the win by 8.266 seconds ahead of Appleyeard Macadam’s Harry Truelove.

Sunday’s afternoon race saw the reigning Supersport Champion battle with Truelove, once again, who took the lead on the opening lap. The Dubliner soon got his head down and took his fourth double win of the season by just over four seconds.

Jack Kennedy – Mar-Train Racing
We had an amazing weekend at Brands Hatch in the sunshine. We topped every session we competed in, qualified in pole position and came away with another double win.
I have to give credit to Mar-Train for all their faultless efforts again and giving me all the tools to do the job as it wouldn’t be possible without them. I am sitting at a really comfortable lead in the Championship now which I am delighted about.
I’m looking ahead now to round 6 at Thruxton which is a really good track of mine and I’m excited to ride the Mar-Train R6 there as well as see how fast we can go.
Tim Martin – Mar-Train Team Owner
We have had a really good weekend. Jack has done a super job and the team done a great job.
The bike went really well, Jack didn’t miss a beat in both this weekend’s races. The team has worked so hard this weekend and it has definitely paid off. I am really, really pleased – top weekend, roll on Thruxton!
Quattro Plant British Supersport Championship Standings:
