
BSB: Bradley Ray Dominates a Wet Race Two at Knockhill

Brad Ray takes his eighth victory of the 2025 season in sketchy conditions
It was wet conditions once again at the Fife circuit of Knockhill for the second Bennetts British Superbike race. Raceways Yamaha’s Brad Ray was on pole position, home rider Rory Skinner lined-up in second place, with OMG racing’s Kyle Ryde rounding out the front row of the grid.
Lights out, Ray lead the way around turn one. All riders were safely through the first few corners. Ray looked to be comfortable leading the way, wet weather specialist Storm Stacey was in second place.
Ryde was just holding onto third place, Skinner was on his tail. Tommy Bridewell was running with the leading group in fifth place.
After three laps Ryde was losing positions running in fifth. No surprise as Ray was the fastest man on track with a healthy lead from Storm. Fraser Rogers was on the move in sixth place, Scott Redding was running in ninth place.
At the half way point of the race Skinner passed Storm for second place, Ray had over a three second lead at the front. Bridewell was in fourth place running at a faster pace than the two riders in front of him.
Danny Kent was in fifth place, just in front of Rogers, Ryde was now in seventh place. Storm was coming under pressure from Bridewell with four laps to go in the race. Bridewell made his move at the Chicane and made it stick for the final podium spot.
Ray crossed the finish line to take his eighth victory of the season, Skinner was second, Bridewell was third, Kent was fourth, Storm finished in fifth place.

Ray extends his championship lead to 41 points from Ryde, Brad is just looking unstoppable!
